The Sakarya Regional Court of Justice Building, a remarkable architectural achievement completed in 2012, covers a sprawling expanse of 32,000 square meters. It not only boasts a grand structural presence but also offers convenience with its 1,945.89 square meters of enclosed parking and an additional 1,929.01 square meters of open parking space, ensuring that legal professionals and visitors have ample parking facilities. This architectural masterpiece houses a total of 12 meticulously designed courtrooms, thoughtfully distributed between 6 Criminal Division Courtrooms and 6 Civil Division Courtrooms. Among these, a large, distinguished courtroom stands out, designed to host significant legal proceedings. The building is fully equipped to cater to the needs of legal professionals and judicial staff. It accommodates 24 Prosecutor's offices, 96 Member's offices, 25 President's offices, and 31 clerk offices, all meticulously planned to provide a conducive environment for effective legal operations. Notably, the Sakarya Regional Court of Justice began its vital judicial operations on September 3, 2018, as a result of the decision by the Board of Judges and Prosecutors on June 6, 2018. Its jurisdiction extends over the regions of Sakarya, Kocaeli, Zonguldak, Bartın, Bolu, and Düzce. This architectural marvel houses a total of 18 different judicial divisions, comprised of 8 Criminal Divisions and 10 Civil Divisions. These divisions are manned by a dedicated team, including one Regional Court of Justice President, one Regional Court of Justice Chief Prosecutor, 18 Division Presidents, 55 Member Judges, Prosecutors, and a supporting staff of 125 individuals. The Sakarya Regional Court of Justice Building is a true embodiment of architectural excellence, harmoniously blending functionality with aesthetics to serve the cause of justice.
