Genel Bakış
AYT Proje tarafından 2022 yılında tasarlanan T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kapalı Spor Salonu, sadece bir spor tesisi olmanın ötesinde, devletin zirvesine hizmet etmek üzere kurgulanmış, mimari estetik ile üst düzey fonksiyonel verimliliği kusursuz bir şekilde birleştiren özel bir projedir. Ankara'da spor mükemmelliğini yeniden tanımlamayı hedefleyen bu tasarım, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanı başta olmak üzere, bakanlar ve yüksek düzey devlet görevlilerinin kullanımı için en üst standartlarda bir deneyim sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Tasarım Vizyonu ve Felsefesi
Bu projedeki temel vizyon, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı'nın prestijine yakışır, aynı zamanda modern spor ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren, güvenli, konforlu ve teknolojik olarak gelişmiş bir yapı oluşturmaktır. Tasarım felsefesi, aşağıdaki ana ilkeler üzerine kurulmuştur:
Temsil ve Estetik: Yapının mimari kimliği, devletin gücünü ve modern yüzünü yansıtan, ancak aynı zamanda davetkar ve zarif bir estetiğe sahip olacak şekilde kurgulanmıştır.
Fonksiyonel Mükemmeliyet: Spor alanları, destekleyici mekanlar ve dolaşım alanları, hem spor aktivitelerinin sorunsuz yürütülmesi hem de üst düzey kullanıcıların özel ihtiyaçları (güvenlik, gizlilik, konfor) göz önünde bulundurularak en verimli şekilde planlanmıştır.
Kullanıcı Deneyimi: Tesisin her detayı, kullanıcılarına ayrıcalıklı ve kusursuz bir deneyim sunmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

AYT Proje, bu özel projenin tasarımında güncel ihtiyaçları ve gelecek perspektiflerini göz önünde bulundurmuştur:
Optimize Edilmiş Çevre: Tasarım, doğal ışıktan maksimum düzeyde yararlanmayı, enerji verimliliğini artıracak pasif ve aktif sistemleri entegre etmeyi ve kullanıcı konforunu en üst seviyeye çıkarmayı hedefler. Isıtma, soğutma, havalandırma ve aydınlatma sistemleri, en son teknoloji ve verimlilik standartlarına göre planlanmıştır.
COVID-19 Dönemi Gereklilikleri: Pandemi sonrası dönemin getirdiği sağlık ve güvenlik hassasiyetleri tasarımın önemli bir parçasıdır. Gelişmiş havalandırma sistemleri, temassız teknolojilerin kullanımı, ferah ve akıcı dolaşım alanları ve hijyen standartlarının yüksek tutulması gibi önlemlerle, kullanıcılar için sağlıklı ve güvenli bir ortam yaratılması amaçlanmıştır.
Üst Düzey Kullanıcı İhtiyaçları: Yüksek düzey devlet görevlilerinin kullanımı göz önünde bulundurularak, özel girişler, güvenli bekleme ve dinlenme alanları, mahremiyet sağlayan düzenlemeler ve ileri teknoloji güvenlik sistemleri tasarıma entegre edilmiştir.
Spor Mimarisi Standartları: Bu proje, AYT Proje'nin spor mimarisi alanındaki yenilikçi sınırlarını zorlamakta ve alanında yeni standartlar belirleme potansiyeli taşımaktadır.

Designed by AYT Proje in 2022, the T.C. Presidential Indoor Sports Arena is more than just a sports facility; it is a special project conceived to serve the highest level of the state, perfectly blending architectural aesthetics with top-tier functional efficiency. Aiming to redefine sports excellence in Ankara, this design intends to offer an experience of the highest standards for the use of the President of the Republic of Turkey, ministers, and high-ranking government officials.
Design Vision and Philosophy
The core vision for this project is to create a structure befitting the prestige of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, while also meeting modern sports needs, being secure, comfortable, and technologically advanced. The design philosophy is built upon the following main principles:
Representation and Aesthetics: The architectural identity of the building is crafted to reflect the power and modern face of the state, while also possessing an inviting and elegant aesthetic.
Functional Excellence: Sports areas, supporting spaces, and circulation areas are planned most efficiently, considering both the smooth execution of sports activities and the specific needs (security, privacy, comfort) of high-level users.
User Experience: Every detail of the facility is designed to offer its users a privileged and flawless experience.
Highlighted Features and Innovative Approaches
AYT Proje has considered current needs and future perspectives in the design of this special project:
Optimized Environment: The design aims to maximize the use of natural light, integrate passive and active systems to increase energy efficiency, and elevate user comfort to the highest level. Heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems are planned according to the latest technology and efficiency standards.
Demands of the COVID-19 Era: Health and safety sensitivities brought about by the post-pandemic era are a significant part of the design. Measures such as advanced ventilation systems, use of contactless technologies, spacious and fluid circulation areas, and maintaining high hygiene standards aim to create a healthy and safe environment for users.
High-Level User Needs: Considering the use by high-ranking government officials, special entrances, secure waiting and resting areas, privacy-ensuring arrangements, and advanced technology security systems are integrated into the design.
Sports Architecture Standards: This project pushes AYT Proje's innovative boundaries in sports architecture and holds the potential to set new standards in the field.
