Genel Bakış
AYT Proje tarafından 2023 yılında Manisa'nın Akhisar ilçesi için tasarlanan Yüzme Havuzu ve Spor Salonu projesi, bölge halkının spor ve rekreasyon ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermek üzere planlanmış modern ve kapsamlı bir tesistir. Yaklaşık 2862 m² brüt inşaat alanına sahip olması öngörülen yapı, hem yüzme hem de çeşitli salon sporları için gerekli tüm ana ve destekleyici fonksiyonları, maliyet ve işletme etkinliğini ön planda tutan bir anlayışla bünyesinde barındırmaktadır.
Tasarım Felsefesi ve Fonksiyonel Yaklaşım
Projenin tasarım felsefesi, farklı yaş grupları ve spor dalları için erişilebilir, güvenli, konforlu ve işlevsel mekanlar yaratmak üzerine kurulmuştur. İhtiyaç programına göre şekillenen tasarım, ana spor alanlarını idari ve destek birimleriyle verimli bir şekilde entegre etmeyi hedefler. Verimliliği temel alan tasarım, özellikle zemin kat fonksiyonları arasındaki ilişkide minimum sirkülasyon alanı ile çözülmüş; hem ilk yatırım maliyetini düşürmeyi hem de uzun vadeli işletme etkinliğini sağlamayı hedefleyen prensiplerle detaylandırılmıştır.

Yüzme Alanları:
1 adet Havuz (690 m²): Yarı olimpik standartlara uygun ana yüzme havuzu ve bir adet çırpınma/öğrenme havuzunu içerecek şekilde planlanmıştır.
Spor Salonu:
1 adet Spor Salonu (690 m²): Çeşitli salon sporlarına (basketbol, voleybol vb.) uygun, standart ölçülerde çok amaçlı bir spor salonu.

2 adet Ana Soyunma Odası (Bay/Bayan, ~115 m²/adet)
1 adet İlkyardım Odası (~15 m²)

Bölgeye Katkısı
Manisa Akhisar Yüzme Havuzu ve Spor Salonu, tamamlandığında Akhisar halkına modern ve kapsamlı bir spor yapma imkanı sunacaktır. Hem performans sporcularına hem de hobi amaçlı kullanıcılara hitap edecek olan tesis, maliyet etkin ve işletme odaklı tasarımıyla sürdürülebilir bir kamu hizmeti modeli oluşturmayı hedefler. Bölgenin sosyal yaşamına ve sağlıklı yaşam alışkanlıklarının gelişimine önemli bir katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu proje, AYT Proje'nin farklı ölçeklerdeki kamu spor tesisleri tasarlama konusundaki deneyimini ve fonksiyonel ihtiyaç programlarını verimli ve ekonomik mimari çözümlere dönüştürme yeteneğini yansıtmaktadır.

Overview
Designed by AYT Proje in 2023 for the Akhisar district of Manisa, the Swimming Pool and Sports Hall project is a modern and comprehensive facility planned to meet the sports and recreational needs of the local community. Envisioned with an approximate gross construction area of 2862 m², the building integrates all primary and support functions necessary for both swimming and various indoor sports, with a primary focus on cost and operational effectiveness.
Design Philosophy and Functional Approach
The design philosophy of the project is based on creating accessible, safe, comfortable, and functional spaces for different age groups and sports disciplines. Shaped according to the needs program, the design aims to efficiently integrate the main sports areas with administrative and support units. Efficiency was a key driver in the design. The project was detailed according to principles targeting both initial investment cost-effectiveness and long-term operational efficiency. This was achieved, in part, by minimizing circulation space, especially in the relationships between ground floor functions.

Based on the detailed needs program, the main functions planned for the facility include:
Swimming Areas:
1 Pool Area (690 m²): Planned to include a main swimming pool compliant with semi-olympic standards and a wading/learner pool.
Sports Hall:
1 Sports Hall (690 m²): A multi-purpose sports hall suitable for various indoor sports (basketball, volleyball, etc.) with standard dimensions.
Changing and Support Areas:
2 Main Changing Rooms (Male/Female, ~115 m²/each)
1 First Aid Room (~15 m²)
2 Referee Rooms (~15 m²/each)
2 Coach Rooms (~20 m²/each)
Administrative Areas (~140 m²):
Facility Management Room (~12 m²)
Waiting and Entrance Hall (Automation compatible, ~80 m²)
