Genel Bakış
AYT Proje tarafından 2021 yılında Giresun için tasarlanan Gençlik ve Spor Merkezi, şehrin spor, kültür ve sosyal yaşamına hizmet edecek modern, büyük ölçekli ve çok fonksiyonlu bir tesistir. Yaklaşık 17.500 metrekarelik brüt inşaat alanına sahip bu yapı, hem çeşitli spor müsabakaları ve antrenmanları için gerekli altyapıyı sunmakta hem de gençlere yönelik aktivite ve sosyal olanakları bünyesinde barındırmaktadır.
Tasarım Felsefesi ve Mimari Yaklaşım
Projenin tasarımındaki temel felsefe, Giresun'a sadece bir spor salonu değil, aynı zamanda yaşayan, dinamik ve farklı ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilen esnek bir merkez kazandırmaktır.
Çok Fonksiyonluluk ve Esneklik: Yapının kalbinde yer alan ana spor salonu, teleskopik tribün sistemi sayesinde farklı kullanım senaryolarına uyum sağlayabilecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Tribünler açıkken 1896 kişilik kapasitesiyle büyük spor etkinliklerine ev sahipliği yapabilirken, tribünler kapatıldığında daha geniş bir zemin alanı elde edilerek antrenmanlar veya farklı etkinlikler için (konser, konferans, fuar vb.) kullanılabilir.
Modern ve Erişilebilir Tasarım: Bina, çağdaş mimari anlayışla tasarlanmış, tüm kullanıcı grupları için kolay erişilebilir ve konforlu mekanlar sunmayı hedeflemiştir.
Gençlik ve Spor Entegrasyonu: Tesis, sadece profesyonel veya amatör sporculara değil, aynı zamanda bölge gençliğinin sosyal ve kültürel gelişimine katkıda bulunacak alanları da içerecek şekilde planlanmıştır.
Kapasite ve Olanaklar
Giresun Gençlik ve Spor Merkezi, sunduğu geniş olanaklarla dikkat çekmektedir:
Ana Spor Salonu: Farklı salon sporlarına (basketbol, voleybol, hentbol vb.) uygun, uluslararası standartlarda bir ana salon. Teleskopik tribün sistemi sayesinde 1560 ile 1896 kişi arasında değişen esnek seyirci kapasitesi.
Destekleyici Spor Alanları: Ana salona ek olarak, antrenman veya daha küçük ölçekli aktiviteler için yardımcı salonlar.
Gençlik Merkezi Fonksiyonları: (Projenin adına uygun olarak) Gençlerin kullanımı için etüt odaları, atölye alanları, sosyal aktivite mekanları gibi birimler.
İdari ve Destek Birimleri: Tesis yönetimi, antrenör odaları, sporcu soyunma odaları, sağlık odası, depolar ve diğer teknik hacimler.
Otopark: Tesise hizmet veren 70 araç ve 3 otobüs kapasiteli otopark alanı.
Bölgeye Katkısı
Giresun Gençlik ve Spor Merkezi, tamamlandığında şehrin en önemli spor ve sosyal tesislerinden biri olacaktır. Hem ulusal düzeyde spor müsabakalarına ev sahipliği yapma potansiyeli taşıyacak hem de Giresun gençliğine modern ve güvenli bir ortamda spor yapma, öğrenme ve sosyalleşme imkanı sunacaktır. AYT Proje'nin bu tasarımı, büyük ölçekli kamu yapılarında fonksiyonel çeşitliliği, esnekliği ve modern mimariyi bir araya getirme konusundaki yetkinliğini göstermektedir.

Overview
Designed by AYT Proje in 2021 for Giresun, the Youth & Sports Center is a modern, large-scale, and multi-functional facility set to serve the city's sports, cultural, and social life. With a gross construction area of approximately 17,500 square meters, this building provides the necessary infrastructure for various sports competitions and training, while also housing activity and social facilities aimed at the youth.
Design Philosophy and Architectural Approach
The core design philosophy of the project is to provide Giresun not just with a sports hall, but with a living, dynamic, and flexible center capable of responding to diverse needs.
Multi-Functionality and Flexibility: The main sports hall at the heart of the structure is designed to adapt to different usage scenarios thanks to its telescopic seating system. While it can host large sports events with its 1896-seat capacity when the tribunes are extended, a larger floor area can be obtained when the tribunes are retracted, allowing use for training or different events (concerts, conferences, fairs, etc.).
Modern and Accessible Design: The building is designed with a contemporary architectural understanding, aiming to offer easily accessible and comfortable spaces for all user groups.
Youth and Sports Integration: The facility is planned to include areas contributing to the social and cultural development of the region's youth, in addition to serving professional or amateur athletes.
Capacity and Facilities
The Giresun Youth & Sports Center draws attention with the wide range of facilities it offers:
Main Sports Hall: An international standard main hall suitable for various indoor sports (basketball, volleyball, handball, etc.). Flexible spectator capacity ranging between 1560 and 1896 people thanks to the telescopic seating system.
Supporting Sports Areas: Auxiliary halls for training or smaller-scale activities in addition to the main hall.
Youth Center Functions: (Appropriate to the project name) Units such as study rooms, workshop areas, social activity spaces for youth use.
Administrative and Support Units: Facility management, coach rooms, athlete changing rooms, medical room, storage, and other technical spaces.
Parking: A parking area with capacity for 70 cars and 3 buses serving the facility.
Contribution to the Region
Upon completion, the Giresun Youth & Sports Center will be one of the most important sports and social facilities in the city. It will have the potential to host national-level sports competitions while offering the youth of Giresun the opportunity to engage in sports, learn, and socialize in a modern and safe environment. This design by AYT Proje showcases the firm's competence in combining functional diversity, flexibility, and modern architecture in large-scale public buildings.
