Genel Bakış
AYT Proje, Samsun'un Kurupelit bölgesinde spora ve sporcuya değer katma hedefiyle önemli bir projeyi hayata geçirmektedir. Eylül 2022'de başlayan 500 kişilik tribün binası ve ona entegre soyunma odaları projesi, bölge halkının ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren, işlevsel ve estetik bir spor alanı oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ocak 2025 itibarıyla %80 oranında fiziki ilerleme kaydedilen proje, tamamlanmaya yaklaşmaktadır.
Tasarım Felsefesi ve Mimari Yaklaşım
Bu projede AYT Proje'nin önceliği, abartıdan uzak, sade, kullanışlı ve doğrudan amaca hizmet eden bir tasarım ortaya koymaktı. Büyük iddialar yerine işlevselliğe ve ihtiyaca odaklanan bir anlayış benimsenmiştir:
Sadelik ve İşlevsellik: Tasarım, gereksiz süslemelerden arındırılmış, fonksiyonelliği ön planda tutan bir yaklaşımla geliştirilmiştir. Hem tribün hem de soyunma odaları, temel ihtiyaçları en verimli ve konforlu şekilde karşılamak üzere planlanmıştır.
Kullanıcı Odaklılık: Tribün yapısı, izleyicilere rahat ve engelsiz bir seyir deneyimi sunmayı hedeflerken, soyunma odaları ise sporcuların konforu ve hijyeni düşünülerek tasarlanmıştır.
Mekansal Verimlilik: Soyunma odalarının tribün yapısının altına konumlandırılması, hem arsa kullanımında verimlilik sağlamış hem de sporcuların sahaya doğrudan ve kolay erişimini mümkün kılmıştır.
Öne Çıkan Yapısal Özellik: Betonarme Konsol
Projenin dikkat çeken mühendislik ve mimari özelliklerinden biri, tribün yapısında kullanılan 540 cm uzunluğundaki betonarme konsoldur. Bu açıklıktaki bir betonarme konsol uygulaması, Türkiye'deki spor yapılarında bir ilk olma potansiyeli taşımakta ve AYT Proje'nin yapısal çözüm üretme konusundaki yetkinliğini göstermektedir. Bu konsol, tribünün seyir alanını kesintisiz ve ferah tutmaya yardımcı olmaktadır.
AYT Proje'nin Yaklaşımı
AYT Proje felsefesi, büyük sözler veya iddialı söylemler yerine, projelerin kendisinin konuşmasını tercih eder. Samsun Kurupelit'teki bu tesis, tam da bu anlayışın bir yansımasıdır. Sade, fonksiyonel ve ihtiyaca yönelik çözümlerle, gösterişten uzak ancak kalıcı bir değer yaratmak hedeflenmiştir.
Bölgeye Katkısı
Tamamlandığında, Samsun Kurupelit Tribün Binası ve Soyunma Odaları'nın, bölgedeki spor faaliyetleri için mütevazı ancak son derece işlevsel bir altyapı sunacağına inanılmaktadır. Bu yapı, hem yerel sporculara hem de sporseverlere hizmet ederek bölgeye değer katacak ve AYT Proje için de anlamlı bir referans olacaktır.

Overview
AYT Proje is bringing to life a significant project aimed at adding value to sports and athletes in the Kurupelit region of Samsun. The 500-person tribune building and integrated locker rooms project, which commenced modestly in September 2022, aims to create a functional and aesthetic sports area responding to the needs of the local community. As of January 2025, 80% physical progress has been achieved, and the project is nearing completion.
Design Philosophy and Architectural Approach
The priority for AYT Proje in this project was to create a design that is far from extravagant, simple, practical, and directly serves its purpose. An approach focusing on functionality and need rather than grand claims was adopted:
Simplicity and Functionality: The design was developed with an approach prioritizing functionality, stripped of unnecessary ornamentation. Both the tribune and locker rooms are planned to meet basic needs in the most efficient and comfortable way.
User-Centricity: While the tribune structure aims to offer spectators a comfortable and unobstructed viewing experience, the locker rooms are designed considering the comfort and hygiene of athletes.
Spatial Efficiency: Positioning the locker rooms underneath the tribune structure has both ensured efficiency in land use and enabled direct and easy access for athletes to the field.
Highlighted Structural Feature: Reinforced Concrete Cantilever
One of the notable engineering and architectural features of the project is the 540 cm long reinforced concrete cantilever used in the tribune structure. An application of a reinforced concrete cantilever of this span potentially marks a first in sports structures in Turkey and demonstrates AYT Proje's competence in producing structural solutions. This cantilever helps keep the spectator area of the tribune uninterrupted and spacious.

The philosophy of AYT Proje prefers letting the projects speak for themselves rather than making grand promises or ambitious statements. This facility in Samsun Kurupelit is a reflection of precisely this understanding. The goal was to create lasting value through simple, functional, and needs-oriented solutions, far from ostentation.
Contribution to the Region
It is believed that upon completion, the Samsun Kurupelit Tribune Building and Locker Rooms will offer modest yet highly functional infrastructure for sports activities in the region. This structure will serve local athletes and sports fans, add value to the area, and become a meaningful reference for AYT Proje.
